CyrusOne’s next chapter, NVIDIA’s new hardware, and Northern VIrginia’s shortage of development sites were the most popular stories for readers of Data Center Frontier in March 2022.

The top reader favorite was our coverage of CyrusOne completing its $15 billion deal to be acquired by two prominent investment firms. NVIDIA rolled out powerful new GPU-driven hardware at its annual GTC conference, which offer new capabilities to use AI to transform business operations – and the data centers behind them. With site selection at the forefront this year, companies pursuing land banking strategies in Northern Virginia are finding it harder to locate good development sites.
