Powering the Future: TigerDC’s Sustainable Data Center in Tyger River Industrial Park
TigerDC is developing a 100+MW data center in South Carolina’s Tyger River Industrial Park, strategically positioned along I-85 between Atlanta and Charlotte, going live in Q1 2026. A signed ESA secures 40MW, with a 20MW LOI for immediate scalability. The existing substation delivers 50MW, with gas turbines adding 50MW by 2H 2025. GC is lined up, equipment sourcing underway, and gensets secured by Q2 2025. Confirmed 400Gbps connectivity from multiple carriers ensures robust network support.
With over 60% of the area's power mix being carbon-free and the direct utility provider offering 100% carbon-free energy, the project aligns with sustainability goals while leveraging a well-positioned industrial park for streamlined development.
