As data centers deploy emerging digital services and high-performance computing (HPC) technologies, such as artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and advanced data analytics, they face rising rack power densities of over 20 kilowatts (kW), with extreme density racks reaching 80kW or higher. Increasing power density leads to higher heat generation, which demands more effective cooling solutions to prevent equipment failure and costly downtime.
