During the eight-minute interview, Simmonds discusses strategies for integrating health and safety standards in data center construction and operational settings. She offers tips for raising awareness through mental health first aid training and other educational initiatives. 

Simmonds also outlines the key principles of biohacking, which she describes as changing the environment around and inside you so that you can be the best version of your self.
