The Southeast has been one of the most active regions in the U.S. data center markets, with expansions and M&A bringing new players into the region. Is this market becoming “Ashburn South?” That will be among the issues addressed at the second annual CAPRE Greater Atlanta & Southeast Data Center Summit, which is scheduled for Aug. 24, 2017 at the Georgia Aquarium in Atlanta. The event continues the CAPRE series of Data Center Summit events, and more than 350 industry professionals are expected to attend.
The summit will feature more than 30 speakers who will offer comprehensive market analysis of the opportunities and challenges. 350+ are expected to attend, including all of the most active developers, investors, capital sources, end-users, public sector executives, engineers and consultants. The summit will feature 8 hours of combined informational panels and networking. Participating end-users will represent the region’s most active public-and-private sector end-user firms.
The keynote will be provided by JLL Managing Director Conan Lee and Jeremy Myers, Business Development Manager for CBRE, and will focus on mergers and acquisitions in the data center industry.
