Today we are excited to share the news that Data Center Frontier has been acquired by Endeavor Business Media, one of the largest B2B media companies in the United States.

Endeavor Business Media shares our vision of serving the data center market with deep insights on the latest trends and innovations. Endeavor’s vast resources and expertise will allow DCF to expand our audience of data center professionals and deliver market-leading information for decision makers at the forefront of the IT and cloud computing sectors.

“We are pleased to welcome Data Center Frontier to Endeavor and that we have been entrusted to grow this important brand,” said Chris Ferrell, CEO of Endeavor Business Media, in a press release announcing the acquisition. “We think this team and the brand will enhance our ability to serve the readers and advertisers in the data center and cloud computing industries, aligning well with our other titles in our Advanced Technology Group.”

I’ll be continuing as Editor-in-Chief as a member of the Endeavor team, and publisher Kevin Normandeau will also continue in his role, as the DCF team continues to provide the insights our readers and industry partners have come to expect.

“Joining forces with Endeavor Business Media gives Data Center Frontier access to additional solutions and services which will help us better serve our partners” said Normandeau. “We are excited about the opportunities to enhance our value proposition.”

We’re looking forward to working with Chris Ferrell and the entire team at Endeavor, which is based in Nashville and was formed in 2017 to acquire and operate trade publications, websites, events and marketing solutions for the B2B (business-to-business) sector. Endeavor Business Media has more than 550 employees, 6,000 customers and a monthly audience of nearly 9 million readers. Its publications span the breadth of B2B commerce, including the energy, facilities maintenance, buildings and construction, manufacturing, industrial, medical, security, aviation, and water & wastewater markets.

Most importantly, Endeavor is uniquely positioned for the evolving convergence of digital infrastructure, with publications in the Advanced Technology Group  providing specialized coverage of telecom, broadband, cabling, photonics and smart buildings.

At Data Center Frontier, we focus on the intersection of new technology trends fueling massive market opportunity for the infrastructure to drive the digital economy. We’ve worked hard to build a community of more than 450,000 data center and enterprise IT professionals, who have made Data Center Frontier one of the most recognized and trusted brands in the data center industry. We invite you to stay connected with DCF as we begin this exciting new chapter.
