Senior Commissioning Engineer
Location: Los Angeles, Calif./nationwide
This is an senior commissioning engineer opportunity with a company that provides commissioning, consulting and management expertise in the data center and mission critical facilities space, with a focus on reliability, energy efficiency and sustainability. This position offers projects leading-edge technology and innovation, and requires 7-10 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical fields. The individual chosen for the position will manage projects and plans, as well as gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. Verticals covered by the company include government, commercial, financial services, hospitals, or institutional projects and mission critical facilities such as data centers, telecommunications, or disaster recovery sites.

MEP Superintendent
Location: Ashburn, Va.
This opportunity in Northern Virginia is with a provider of mission-critical design build solutions. This position requires at least eight years of commercial and critical facilities MEP Construction experience. The chosen candidate will be responsible for field activities associated with the project, including supervision of all field construction work by electrical and mechanical subcontractors and self-performed work. This position shares responsibility with the construction project manager for developing the project budget, actively participating in the pre-construction phase, and ensuring that the project is built on time, within budget, and according to company policies and procedures. Detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical systems to include integrated testing, MOPs/SOPs  of installation, functionality and troubleshooting, is required. The company also noted Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) experience is a huge plus for potential candidates.

Scheduling Manager 
Location: Seattle, Wash.
This scheduling manager position requires 10 or more years of construction experience, specifically with an MEP focus. The company is one of the largest construction firms in the world with a diverse project portfolio and heavy focus in mission critical facilities. Responsibilities include developing project schedules for pre-construction and active construction efforts to ensure the projects are in accordance with project requirements, as well as interfacing with the pre-construction Manager, A/E representatives, contractors, vendors and more. Executive knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, and engineering principles  and techniques, as well as accounting principals, is required. Extensive knowledge of Primavera P6 software is a must.

Lead Electrical Engineer
Location: Ashburn, Va.
This engineering position requires 10-15 years of an experience, and PE, EIT an LEED accreditation are a plus to this data center developer and colocation provider. colocation provider.  This firm provides data center solutions custom-fit to the requirements of their client’s mission-critical operational facilities. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing projects, creating designs and plans, providing and gathering specs and executing assignments in a multidisciplinary electrical engineering design role for complex facility design projects. He or she will also be responsible for creating conceptual designs, as well as overseeing the commissioning process as needed.

Construction PM
Location: Ashburn, Va.
This position requires experience managing data center construction projects with a design/build firm from the ground up, as well as relevant experience in the data center construction industry, including projects with budgets between $25 million to $100 million. Candidates must be familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects. Responsibilities include planning and organizing large scale data center construction projects, as well as putting together Critical Facilities Construction Project plans and more.
