Director of Commissioning
New York City
In this Lead Commissioning Engineer position in NYC, the new Director will manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. Verticals covered include government, commercial, financial services, hospitals, or institutional. The director will participate in daily commissioning activity meetings. The position requires 10-15 years of experience in the electrical/mechanical field.

Construction Project Manager
Salt Lake City, Utah
This Salt Lake City opportunity is with a provider of mission-critical data center construction solutions; one that provides a complete life cycle of solutions that are custom-fit to their client’s mission-critical facilities. The new PM will have experience managing data center construction projects with a design/build firm from ground up, as well as relevant experience in the same industry. Responsibilities include planning and organizing large-scale data center construction projects – no less than $30 million – organizing critical facilities construction project plans, establishing project objectives and more.

Critical Facilities Technician
San Jose, Calif.
This position is with a firm that provides data-center solutions custom-fit to the requirements of their client’s mission-critical operational facilities, and the company is looking for a data center engineer to support a critical data center. The Critical Facility Engineer will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments, directing technical and administrative tasks related to the operation of the critical facility infrastructure and assuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures. This position requires five or more years of relevant experience. Candidates must have the technical knowledge and practical experience of operating, troubleshooting and maintenance of mission critical mechanical and/or electrical support systems.

Design Project Manager
Boston
This position is with an engineering design and commissioning company that provides design, commissioning consulting and management expertise in the data center and mission critical facilities spaces. The chosen candidate will manage and lead the engineering and design of facility and building systems for data centers and other critical facilities projects. He or she will also oversee all phases of project management and project delivery functions: design, quality control, staffing and budget management. Qualifications include hands-on experience managing data centers and critical facilities design projects. Familiar with the design process of building systems for data center and mission critical projects, and a Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or architecture.

Critical Facilities Manager
Hillsboro, Ore. 
This Portland-area opportunity with a leading mission-critical data center developer, wholesaler and colo provider, entails supporting a critical data center. The Data Center Manager will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the critical facility physical infrastructure systems in accordance with company’s policies and procedures, as well as managing mechanical and electrical technicians, and the local relationship with the customer. This position requires 10-15 years of data center and critical facility operations and maintenance experience.

Building Automation Specialist
Omaha, Neb. 
A leading provider of mission-critical equipment and services is in search of a fully competent Controls Technician, that can apply an intensive and diversified knowledge of complete BMS/BAS, testing and operations. The chosen candidate will be responsible for commissioning, maintaining and providing emergency support on critical controls systems at customers’ sites within their respective regional coverage area. This position requires preferable three to five or more years of experience with BMS/BAS Controls.

Electrical Commissioning Engineer
Omaha, Neb. 
Come work for a leader in critical facilities assessment and commissioning services in the in the U.S., providing  commissioning, consulting and management expertise in the data center and mission critical facilities sectors.
The new Electrical Commissioning Engineer will manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. Candidates must have three to seven or more years of experience in the electrical field. A degree associated with Electrical Engineering is a plus.

MEP Superintendent
Columbus, Ohio
This opportunity is a leading provider of mission-critical design build solutions. They are looking for a new MEP Superintendent that will be responsible for field activities associated with the project, including supervision of all field construction work by electrical and mechanical subcontractors and self-performed work. This position requires eight or more years of data center and critical facilities MEP construction experience, as well as a detailed understanding of mechanical and electrical systems. Previous administrative experience managing change orders, billing and creating reports is required.
