This California opportunity is with a financial services firm with an engineering department that provides design/build, operations/maintenance and commissioning services for all data centers and mission critical facilities and other critical company locations. The chosen candidate will conduct critical facilities operations and maintenance (O&M) program analysis and reporting, design critical environment programs for both internal and external clients and more. This position requires seven to 15 years of data center facility operations and maintenance experience.
MEP Commissioning Manager
This position is in the Northern Virginia data center market, but the leading provider of mission-critical equipment and services has similar positions open in Dallas, Denver, Omaha, Neb., Atlanta, and Bend. Ore. Responsibilities include managing the commissioning team, oversight of multiple projects, plans, providing and gathering specifications, and executing assignments in a multidisciplinary commissioning role for large data centers. This position requires at least 10 years experience in the electrical/mechanical commissioning field.

The Critical Facility Engineer will be responsible for monitoring compliance with contractual commitments, directing technical and administrative tasks related to the operation of the critical facility infrastructure and assuring compliance with company’s policies and procedures. The position requires five or more years of relevant experience, as well as data center operations experience.
