The candidate chosen for the position will manage and lead the engineering and design of facility and building systems for data centers and other critical facilities projects. Experience with critical facilities and data centers is a must for this position. The new engineering leader will oversee all phases of project management/project delivery: design, quality control, staffing and budget management.
A bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering is required.
Data Center Facility Manager
Location: Brownsboro, Ala.
This Brownsboro, Ala.-based company is looking for an experienced data center facility manager and chief engineer to support a critical data center. The data center manager, who must have 10-15 years of data center and critical facility operations and maintenance experience, will be responsible for managing the operation and maintenance of the critical facility physical infrastructure systems in accordance with company’s policies and procedures.
The chosen candidate will also supervise the on-site management of sub-contractors and vendors, and manage local client relationships.
Qualifications also include experience supervising a technical staff, and previous experience as a client manager.

This sales manager position for data center controls is with a leading provider of mission-critical solutions based in the growing Northern Virginia data center market. The sales manager will support the national market and pursue data center sales opportunities with a focus in controls systems.
The provider expressed an ideal candidate will possess contacts and an established rolodex of contacts in the mission critical data center and critical facilities marketplace.
Candidates must possess 5-15 years of relevant sales experience with data center solutions.
Data Center Whitespace Capacity Manager
Location: Ashburn Va.
A colocation provider in Northern Virginia is looking for a data center white space capacity manager to join its team.
The manager will support the entire U.S. team while also serving as the subject matter expert on all data center products, services and solutions. These include whitespace, cabling and electrical infrastructure.
Data center colocation experience is a huge plus, while managerial experience is a must for the position.
Director of Data Center Construction
Location: Phoenix Ariz.
A Phoenix-based mission-critical data center developer and colocation provider is looking for a director of data center construction to plan and organize multiple modular data center construction projects.
The ideal candidate will have experience managing teams running data center construction projects, as well as extensive client-facing experience. Experience managing multiple data center construction projects with budgets between 50-100 million is required.
The chosen candidate will establish project objectives, policies, procedures and performance standards within boundaries of corporate policies.
Senior Commissioning Engineer
Location: Omaha, Neb.
This senior commissioning engineer position requires 7-10 years of experience in the electrical and mechanical field.
