This position is with a leader in critical facilities assessment and commissioning services in the U.S. The new Engineer will manage daily commissioning activity meetings. The chosen candidate will also interface with clients, contractors, equipment vendors and owners’ agents as needed, execute project assignments; interface with project contractors, vendors, and testing technicians, interact with all facets of the company: engineering, and more. This position requires 10-15 or more years of experience in the electrical field.

Mechanical Commissioning Engineer

This opportunity is with a company that provides commissioning, consulting and management expertise in the data center and mission critical facilities space. The new engineer will manage projects, plans, provide and gather specifications, and execute assignments in a multidisciplinary mechanical engineering commissioning role for large facility projects. Verticals covered in this position include government, commercial, financial services, hospitals, or institutional in large, complex facilities and mission critical facilities like data centers. This spot requires five to 10 years of experience in the mechanical/HVAC field.
Assistant Data Center Construction Manager
Ashburn, Va.
This opportunity is with a leading mission-critical data center developer/wholesaler/colo provider who is looking for a Data Center Construction Project Manager to support critical facility construction projects. The Construction PM will be responsible for all aspects of managing a data center construction project. This will include providing leadership to contractors and vendors associated with the delivery of company projects. Project assignments for the most part will be regional. Requirements include experience managing data center construction projects as an owner or as a general contractor and a minimum of two to five years relevant experience in the data center construction industry.

They provide design, commissioning consulting and management expertise in data center and mission critical facilities space. The new hire will manage and lead the engineering and design of facility and building systems for data centers and other critical facilities projects. Hands-on experience managing data centers and critical facilities design projects is required, as well as a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Architecture.

The firm is looking for a Senior Sales Associate to join their team, supporting the Charlotte region and pursue sales opportunities that are data center construction based within the cooling, mechanical and HVAC market. The ideal candidate will possess contacts and an established Rolodex of contacts in this field. Five to 15 years of relevant HVAC construction sales experience is required, as well as a Bachelors degree.
Construction Project Manager – Data Center
Dallas, Texas
Requirements for this Texas position include experience managing data center construction projects with a design/build firm from ground up, relevant experience in the data center construction industry and experience managing data center construction projects with budgets between $25 million to $100 million or more. The chosen candidate will plan and organize large scale data center construction projects.
MEP Superintendent – Data Center
Omaha, Neb.
This firm is looking for a new hire to be responsible for field activities associated with a mission critical design build project, including supervision of all field construction work by electrical and mechanical subcontractors and self-performed work. Eight or more years of data center critical facilities MEP Construction experience is required. Project size, scope, and complexity the years of experience will also be a large factor.
